FPC Quincy is seeking a part-time Interim Music Director to lead its music ministry for a one-year period with flexibility to extend the employment. The church has a long history of providing rich music during worship and special concerts, and the Interim Music Director is responsible for planning and preparing for the musical needs of our congregation. Throughout all rehearsals and performances, the Interim Music Director should provide an atmosphere for both musical and spiritual growth and fellowship.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Choral Directing and Piano experience or training necessary
- Organ experience highly preferred (The church has an Allen organ.)
- Knowledge of sacred music preferred
